All signings, in accordance with Oregon law, are $10.00 per signature +Travel fee​

Time&Travel fees:

$35 for central Eugene areas during normal business hours 

$45 for central Springfield areas during normal business hours

*Rates for hospital room visits vary depending on time and location - please contact for estimate. 

*Travel outside the Eugene area, late nights and holidays have a higher time&travel fee - please contact for estimate.

I-9 verifications:  This is not a notarial act, but at the direction of your hiring company I can act as the Authorized Representative, certifying you have the correct identification documents

Miscellaneous fees:

  • Signer refuses to sign - Time&Travel fee is still payable.

  • Signer forgot or does not have access to his/her government-issued ID and must reschedule - Time&Travel fee is still payable.

  • Unusual Wait Time before we can begin: if we have not started 15 minutes after appointment time, $60 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.

Before the notary arrives:

Make sure all signers read through all documents to be signed, especially areas requiring initials.

Make sure each signer has their government-issued ID, not expired more than three years at the ready. The signature and identifying information about each signer must be recorded into the notary's journal.

Large blank spaces in the document have the potential for fraudulent use as they can be filled in later.  If the blanks are intended to be left blank, this should be indicated in some manner, e.g., N/A to indicate Not Applicable.
